Joseph is presently heading the Restorative Service under the umbrella of a social service agency. He has over 25 years of experience in the social service sector and is also a Registered Social Worker with the Singapore Association of Social Workers. Besides post-graduate study in Social Work, Joseph also completed studies in psychology and pastoral studies. He has volunteered in TTP since 2013.
